Custom Coin Order Return Policy  - Before any custom coin order is put into production artwork has to be approved of by the buyer. The coin mold is made by a human who copies the artwork to its likeness 99.99%. If the factory makes a mistake we will be happy to accept the coins back and remake the order.

Store Bought Products - Store bought items are new and are not used. If you buy a item and it gets shipped to you with a scratch
on it that is unsatisfactory please contact us within 30 days and we will replace the item.
